When you send us a project brief through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, contact number, website address and the description of what you need.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one thing: replying to your enquiry and discussing your project. We don't add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your project or enquiry, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hey@candystore.studio.
