Three recent Shopify fixes, builds and upgrades, unrolled from brief to outcome.- Problem
- Rebuy Smart Cart was stuck on a legacy widget setup, while deferred scripts broke real-time cart behaviour and Klaviyo add-to-cart tracking.
- Fix
- Migrated Rebuy to App Blocks, unwound conflicting script injections, and replaced broken Klaviyo tracking with verified native events.
- Outcome
- Smart Cart working again, Klaviyo tracking restored and the third-party conflicts cleared without regressions.
- Problem
- Horizon's default sections could not carry the editorial depth a premium garage-upgrade brand needed.
- Fix
- Built a custom Liquid section system with feature grids, comparison content, FAQ, review modules and install storytelling.
- Outcome
- A tailored theme system that matched the brand's showroom positioning and led into ongoing monthly support.
- Problem
- Xado's Empire theme had fallen behind current theme features, performance improvements and newer app compatibility.
- Fix
- Upgraded Empire cleanly and migrated existing customisations into the new version without data loss or visual regression.
- Outcome
- Theme upgraded and live, with a professional handover and room to revisit any issues after launch.
